Organic Products and Foods

One way to maintain good health is to pay attention to what you put on your body or what you put in it.  I try to eat 80-85% organic.  I know I can’t eat organic foods all the time.  It’s just impossible to do that.  At home I try to eat an organic diet.  Also, I watch what I put on my body.  I use as much organic products as possible, like my shampoo or toothpaste.

Part of this blog will be devoted to writing about organic products and foods and how they are healthy for you.   People have to think about what they are putting on their bodies and how it can effect them years later.  Please stay tuned for the next article on Organic Products and Foods.
